Chapleau Town Council is considering how to address temporary accommodations, such as AirBnB rentals.
Mayor Michael Levesque explains the issue was discussed in the recent Council meeting, as the practice of temporarily renting part or all of a home is growing in other communities, though it's not one that Chapleau Council has looked at in terms of zoning.
Mayor Levesque emphasizes Council's still studying the issue and determining how they wish to address it.
