The checkered flag has been waved for another year of Wawa's Northern Nationals Drag Race.
Wawa Dragway Committee Chair Rob Sanderson says the event went quite well, with more than 200 cars participating.
While there was some frustration from looming dark clouds and rain early Friday afternoon, Sanderson says the weather worked out.
Sanderson commends the committee and upwards of 100 volunteers - including the firefighters - for making the event possible.
