Minor Variance Application Approved by Wawa Council

Council has approved a proposed minor variance application.

Through a "Committee of Adjustment" hearing held during Tuesday's regular Council meeting, Council approved Brian Lockstein's request to be granted a minor variance, reducing the sideyard setback from 1.2 meters to 0.6 meters so he could build a "car port".

No objections had been submitted to Council nor were any raised during the meeting, though there is a 20-day waiting period before the decision takes effect.
