Two people are facing charges after a break-in near Wawa.
Superior East Ontario Provincial Police say officers were called to Tremblay Road last Wednesday, with investigation revealing two people - a 25-year-old from Kitchener and a 27-year-old from Wawa - had been staying in a remote cabin without the owner's permission.
The pair - who were also on conditions not to communicate with one another - were discovered a few hours later, leading to their arrest on charges of unlawfully in dwelling house and failure to comply with release order - other than to attend court.
The Kitchener resident's been released with a future court date, while the Wawa resident - who has also been charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 - was remanded into custody, pending a bail hearing.
