A pair of Chapleau teens are facing theft and mischief charges.
Superior East Ontario Provincial Police say they received multiple complaints of theft and mischief last Thursday morning, including reports that multiple vehicles had been rummaged through and damaged the night before while some municipal property and vehicles were vandalized.
Arrested are a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old, each charged with three counts of mischief - destroy or damage property, three counts of trespassing at night, and one count of theft under $5000 from a motor vehicle.
The younger teen has also been charged with two counts of fail to comply with undertaking.
Both were released, scheduled to appear at Chapleau's Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.
