Local police are reporting only "minor injuries" after a vehicle collided with a moose.
Superior East Ontario Provincial Police say they responded "early this morning" - around 12:40 am - to the collision on Highway 101, finding a car had struck a moose - pictures tweeted by police show substantial damage, including a smashed windshield and damage to the hood, front bumper, and roof.
Despite that, police report - while multiple people were in the vehicle - they suffered only "minor injuries".
