Police have identified the White River woman killed in Sunday's ambulance-snowplow collision near the Dubreuilville turnoff.
Superior East Ontario Provincial Police say 68-year-old Connie Halverson was the passenger in the ambulance who was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision, just south of the intersection of Highways 17 and 519, about 40 kilometres north of Wawa, late Sunday morning.
A paramedic in the ambulance sustained what police describe as "life-threatening injuries" while another received "non-life-threatening injuries" - the plow driver was not injured.
The O-P-P's North East Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement - TIME - team are assisting with the investigation.
