Assault and other charges have been laid over a Wawa incident.
Superior East Ontario Provincial Police say they responded to a disturbance on Ontario Street shortly after 4 o'clock Sunday afternoon, with subsequent investigation into the physical altercation leading to the arrest of a Wawa 30-year-old on a charge of assault and six counts of fail to comply with release order.
The accused was released from custody with a January court date.
