Constable Nickle reminds those who suspect a driver's impaired by alcohol, drugs, or even fatigue can report them by calling 9-1-1, and asks drivers to be extra careful near RIDE checks, emphasizing "please slow down, proceed with caution, and keep a safe distance" if you see flashing lights.
