A Wawa resident's facing an assault charge after an incident over the weekend.
Superior East Ontario Provincial Police say they responded around 9:30 am Saturday morning to an assault that occurred on Hillcrest Avenue, leading to the arrest of a 33-year-old on a charge of assault - he was remanded into custody, pending a bail hearing.
