Wawa's deputy mayor is highlighting a recent conference.
Deputy Mayor Jim Hoffmann was one of Wawa's delegates to the Federation of Northern Ontario Municipalities Conference, and says it was "a very good conference" "on the whole".
While he doesn't highlight any meetings with cabinet ministers, Hoffmann does note a meeting with Ontario NDP Leader Marit Stiles.
