The Lady Dunn Health Centre Foundation's holding a major meeting tonight.
Chair Susan Switzer explains tonight's annual meeting is required because the Foundation's a registered charity.
Switzer notes the meeting will also see the appointment of the Foundation's board for a new term.
The meeting starts at 5:30 pm tonight, at the Lady Dunn Health Centre.
