Dubreuilville has its second candidate for councillor in the fall municipal election.
Laurent Blais has filed a bid for one of four seats on Dubreuilville Town Council, joining local teacher Laurianne Lavoie, who filed last week.
They're not the only ones to seek a role in the coming Dubreuilville election, as incumbent mayor Beverly Nantel and longtime French Separate School Board trustee Roger Lemoyne are both seeking re-election.
Candidate certification will happen after the nomination deadline of 2 pm August 21st, with the official candidate list to be released after that.
Municipal and school board elections will be held across Ontario on October 26th.
