Wawa Municipal Council's considering a new policy regarding docking, mooring, launching, and boating on Wawa Lake beachfront properties.
CAO/Treasurer Maury O'Neill explains the idea stems from concerns raised by some members of the public.
O'Neill assures the policy isn't intended to block access for boats.
O'Neill further emphasizes that the policy's currently in draft form, which will be posted on the municipal website and available at the Municipal Offices for the public to review and provide comments before the policy comes to Council for a possible vote at the September 3rd Council meeting.
