Chapleau Council Set to Hold Meeting

Chapleau Council's set to hold its final meeting of the month.

Included on the agenda for tonight's regular meeting are a pair of "Committee of Adjustment" items, a by-law to rezone lands at 30 Planer Road, and resolutions about: handicapped parking on Birch Street; a purchase order for sanitary and storm drain cleanouts; an amendment to the budget for landfill seeding; public notification about a vacancy on the library board; and considering an amended nomination for the "Buddy" Swanson Volunteer Recognition Award.

There's also two "in-camera" items, one relating to "advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege" about the Dufferin Street project, the other "concerning labour relations or employee negotiations related to the recruitment of a Chief Administrative Officer".
