The Municipality of Wawa's reminding residents with water by-passes to turn them on.
Noting by-pass valves have been supplied to residences that are prone to freeze, the Municipality emphasizes it's the homeowner's responsibility to turn them on, which they must do by December 15th, further warning that costs to thaw lines will be at the owner's expense.
